I usually bring my lunch to work and microwave it. The timing is usually 2-3 minutes. While I am waiting I do left leg lifts, trying to have my knee touch the counter while keeping the lower leg hanging straight down. For the microwave that has cabinets below this is quite a bit easier because I can let my toe rub against the cabinet. Due to spasticity this is rather difficult.
Remember these dangerous exercises should not be tried without your doctors permission.
