Positive and negative research reults

Just found an interesting way to look up data as a negative result. By comparing the google scholar search to the BioNOT search you get a more complete understanding of what the research proved and didn't prove.

try for example leptin stroke which gives us this in the NOT category;
the present data support neither a clear change in leptin concentration following stroke , nor any relationship with outcome
but this in google scholar;

High leptin levels are associated with stroke

So the researchers might conclude leptin might cause stroke but after stroke it doesn't do any good.
