Which is more likely: Death from an accident or from a stroke?

This comes from a review of the book Daniel Kahneman - Thinking, Fast and Slow, which I had described in an earlier post.
Most people will answer that one is more likely to die from an accident than from a stroke. In reality, strokes cause twice as many deaths as all accidents combined.
