Uncertain about health outcomes, male stroke survivors more likely to suffer depression than females

Duh! What  do you expect when there is no objective way to measure stroke damage and no way to know what recovery will look like. The standard comment, 'All strokes are different, all stroke recoveries are different', just shows how little you can expect. Who wouldn't get depressed when your doctors have nothing positive to say to you?
