CMOS camera based imaging of brain hemodynamic

Abstract

Fluorescence, speckle and oxygenation imaging of rodent cortex are demonstrated in vivo using a low-cost miniature CMOS camera. Speckle and oxygenation changes are monitored during ischemia, while fluorescence is tested separately for future integration into the system.
