Adventures in biking#6 - stroke rehab

Not much to say for today, was 55 degrees out. Biked around the parking lot for 10 minutes. It was feeling pretty good. I've probably done maybe 1 hour so far, only 9,999 to go to become an expert. That will have to wait for next summer and the single lever braking - SlidePad.

    Wonderful. Is there a reason to become an expert before riding for pleasure or to get to a destination?

      Not really, it was just to reinforce the meme that lots and lots of repetitions are required to neuroplastically change. I fully expect to bike to work next year, only 3 miles.
