Why diagnosis is job 1 but fails in stroke

I couldn't help but point this out since I don't think there is a single survivor in the world that received an objective damage diagnosis from one of their scans. Prove me wrong.

And if you think about it, if there is no diagnosis there is no way to scientifically and objectively duplicate and measure improvements.
