Once again a failure to analyze what the real problem is. How do you quickly tell the difference between ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes? The problem is not the slowness of getting a scan! This is so blasted simple, you get away from the need for a scan and a neurologist. Something objective that might be performed in the ambulance like these 11 options.
