These may give you statistical information about stroke but the author really needed to talk to survivors, this seems more like the pablum that doctors give out.  Canadas' strokEngine should be the tops

You have got to be kidding on this one I never go there because it has no concrete information on rehabilitation and its obviously for doctors. A seminar of theirs I once went to had this for an answer to my question, ' What therapies are available for spasticity?'  'This question falls under our organizational guidelines as a medical inquiry and we defer to the medical community to respond. '
