I absolutely despise these congratulatory group hugs on providing
telestroke services. It just means we are even further away from coming
up with hyperacute therapies that stop the neuronal cascade of death.
The current tPA poor track record and process is substandard and the
sooner we acknowledge that will we come up with something better. The
medical stroke staff is naked and they refuse to listen to common sense.

But if this is your area, Ask what % of tPA patients get to complete recovery. That is the only definition of success.
