Older Brains Actually Become ‘Full’

Newly published research shows that learning gets more difficult as we age, because we can’t push older memories out of our brains.

The research article it is based on:

Increased NR2A:NR2B ratio compresses long-term depression range and constrains long-term memory

So ask your doctor  if your cognitive problems are because of Mild Cognitive Disorder, your stroke or your brain being full. And don't take, 'I don't know' for an answer.
