20th Century Death 410 million stroke deaths

If you open the 20th Century Death in a new window you can see that 410 million persons died from stroke. This by itself is a useless number. We need it broken down by less than 3 days, 3-30 days, greater than 30 days. Hemorrhagic vs. ischemic. With that info from a Great Stroke Association we could determine where to focus our efforts. It would also point out incorrect cause of death. Anything greater than 3 days should have the real cause of death, by that time stroke is no longer the cause, regions of the brain have shut down causing death. Old age is no longer allowed on death certificates, stroke should not be allowed either.
