Spring stroke rehab

Its time again for arm/hand sensory stimulation. When its warm enough I have to lift my arm to hang it out the open drivers side window. I have to lift it back in again after I'm done, but I'm also hoping that this might finally reduce the damnable bicep spasticity. Maybe in ten years I'll be able to fly my hand like an airplane in the slipstream. Ask your therapist for that ADL.
