Full recovery from stroke possible with early treatment

This doctor probably knows how few actually fully recover even with tPA but he's just saying that to make people feel like they may be in control.
Possible full recovery but not likely.
His real response should have been;
'You're screwed, we don't know how to get you back to full recovery and tPA has poor efficacy even when administered in time.'
