Reynke de vos is the most important Low German animal epic in verse . The 1498 of Hans van Ghetelen in Lübeck printed incunabula , in a single complete copy in the Herzog August Library in Wolfenbüttel is received, helped the story of Reynard the fox cunning , emerged in the 13th Century, their tradition in German speaking today.
The epic
tells of the ingenious culprit Reynke, the fox as a malevolent and vile
liar secures its food, saves from precarious positions and penetrated
