Evening walking - stroke rehab

I try and walk 20-30 minutes every night on the paths around the pond at the apartment complex. I sit on the benches overlooking the pond and place the left arm on the back rest. Then I turn and face forward stretching the hell out of the lats and bicep. They complain bitterly. This would be much easier if I had a partner, but alas its not to be yet. Cigars are smoked as I do this. Multitasking therapy like this is necessary for my cognitive health.
