I will change the world.  I'm working under the 'Build it and they will come'  paraphrased from Field of Dreams.  I will  build the most extensive collection of ideas/plans/strategies of how we should be approaching stroke research rehab and recovery.  No one else is doing it especially the stroke associations which you would think would have that as their mandate or mission.
