More stupidity out there because there is no objective way to diagnose a stroke. That can be accomplished through one of these 17 ways.
YOU are going to have to complain about that because the hospital will just change a few processes and announce resolution. Do you want to wait 5 days?  Keep asking questions of the hospital administrator.  Early onset dementia is no excuse for not being able to diagnose a stroke.
