Small brain biopsies can be used to grow large numbers of patient's own brain cells
Sounds like every stroke/TBI researcher out there should be maniacally figuring out how to put this into a translational stroke protocol. But it won't happen because we have no great stroke association pushing for and funding this research. If you want this in less than 40 years you are going to have to fund it yourself.
