What stroke entity is collecting stroke brains to determine damage to deficits after the fact? This would be stupid as all get out because if we had any brains at all we would determine damage immediately post stroke because we use that diagnosis to determine the stroke protocols that will lead to 100% recovery. This is the 'perfect world' of stroke recovery that everyone should be pushing for. But only when a great stroke association is created will we accept that as a reachable goal.
