Use the labels in the right column to find what you want. Or you can go thru them one by one, there are only 31,940 posts. Searching is done in the search box in upper left corner. I blog on anything to do with stroke. DO NOT DO ANYTHING SUGGESTED HERE AS I AM NOT MEDICALLY TRAINED, YOUR DOCTOR IS, LISTEN TO THEM. BUT I BET THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET YOU 100% RECOVERED. I DON'T EITHER BUT HAVE PLENTY OF QUESTIONS FOR YOUR DOCTOR TO ANSWER.

Sleep ADLs
While lying on my back I try to place my left arm fully extended on my left side. In order to get it there there has to be no sheets or blankets in the way. I have to do this at least 6 times a night because of the poor sleep I get. This means I've done it 6 x 365 x 7years = 15,330 repetitions. At that rate it will take another 449 years to get to 1 million reps. I guess I'll have to wake up a lot more often in the middle of the night in order to accomplish this before I die. This should be already established as some kind of protocol in the stroke rehab database your stroke association has for all survivors to use.
How can an entry about such an awful situation make me laugh? What would a nearly 500-year-old Dean look like?
