tactile nail polish - sand, fuzzy

This might be something to add extra sensation to your life. Like what Margaret Yekutiel wrote in the book, Sensory Re-Education of the Hand After Stroke in 2001. By putting it on your good hand somehow you could rub your affected fingers over it all day long. It probably would require someone else applying it, I'd have to do it by mouth and mirror. Or get a manicure.
