Vitamin C linked to reduced risk of stroke

You will notice this talks about foods not supplements. Interesting that it refers to hemorrhagic rather than ischemic. Good thing I've been eating 1 lb. of strawberries, a banana and almonds in a smoothie most days.

A study due to be presented at a conference later this year suggests that eating foods containing vitamin C, such as oranges, peppers, strawberries, papaya and broccoli, may be linked to a reduced risk for hemorrhagic stroke.
