Brain Health Fair - Philadelphia -April 26, 2014

Go and challenge them on everything they talk about the brain. Challenge them as to why only 10% of strokies get to almost 100% recovery. Ask for research links to every statement they make. You should be able to easily make them gibbering idiots. Yes, I'm very bad, I wouldn't have to be if we had any decent stroke information out there.

The 2014 Brain Health Fair, presented by the American Brain Foundation, will take place on Saturday, April 26 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, PA in Exhibit Hall A.
The Brain Health Fair is a FREE, daylong family event connecting thousands of patients, families, and caregivers affected by a brain disease, as well as the general public interested in brain health. Participants can attend classes held by top neurologists and activities on Alzheimer's disease, stroke, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, headache, multiple sclerosis, child development, peripheral neuropathy and other types of brain disease.
Each year the Brain Health Fair is scheduled during the opening day of the American Academy of Neurology's Annual Meeting, which brings over 12,000 neurologists and health care professionals into a participating U.S. city.
In honor of the event, Mayor Michael A. Nutter has proclaimed Saturday, April 26, 2014, as Brain Health Awareness Day in the city of Philadelphia.
