Multipull boys

A friend from college did this back in his high school days. I think I have the color version  in my former house, if I'm lucky it got put into my storage locker. Otherwise I'll have to wait until my daughter inherits the house and see if I can retrieve it then. How would you recover from a stroke with that complicated musculature?
