It's not enough that you're right. It matters if it gets built.

A Seth Godin quote from his latest post. This is my problem to solve. I'm quite sure I'm right in most of my pronouncements but I have to get them built into the stroke medical world. That will be an amazing achievement if a non-medical person can change the stroke medical world. I don't think small, even though it is obvious that our stroke doctors are thinking really small if they are thinking at all.
