U.S. News and World Report Again Names the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago America's Best hospital for physical medicine and rehabilitation

Well, well. Read this first before going there for stroke. But they list no statistics for stroke at all.

I would suggest going directly to the president of the RIC
Joanne C. Smith, MDPresident and Chief Executive Officer
to find out what exactly the goals and objectives are for Dr. Richard Harvey. They seem not to align with  survivor needs.
