This probably doesn't affect us since we probably are no longer considered skilled in fine motor control. But ask your doctor if tDCS could degrade your skills.

of musically untrained people is improved by transcranial direction
current stimulation (tDCS) over the primary motor cortices, but the
performance of skilled pianists can be degraded.
