Dear Sir, If you really want to build a national platform for the stroke community, you will need to get out from whatever insular culture exists at the national headquarters and talk to survivors. Reach out to the bloggers and they can put you in touch with hundreds of survivors. You need a strategic plan and we can help you define the best one available. You'll have to break away from the failures of the past and forge your own way.
You might want to get your name, phone number and email address on the NSA website, it's hard to reach you otherwise.
