Three primary rights are outlined in the new document for stroke survivors:
1.  The right to receive the best stroke care.
The best stroke care does not exist!!!
Only 10% get to full recovery.
tPA has a 88% failure rate of reversing the stroke

No protocols to prevent your 33% chance of getting dementia post-stroke

 No one knows how to cure spasticity.
No one knows how to cure fatigue 

2.  The right to be informed and prepared.  This is the informed information you need:
If you just had a stroke, You are F*cking screwed


3.  The right to be supported in recovery. What recovery?
