You only focus on guidelines when you can't promote your results. If they were any good at all they would tell you their 30 day death rates, tPA efficacy percentage and 100% recovery percentage. But YOU are going to have to call the hospital president and tell them that this is totally unacceptable. If you don't light a fire under our stroke hospitals your next stroke recovery will be as bad as your current one.
