Are you fully recovered?

NSA statistics from unknown year state that 10% of stroke survivors recover almost completely.
There is no listed definition of what that means or what the cohort of respondents looked like.
To a Facebook question to me on that information; I replied;
I consider myself fully recovered, there is nothing I won't attempt and figure out some way to accomplish it. Even though my left arm and hand are totally non-functional and fatigue is still a bear at 8+ years. It is likely that in a few years my left knee will be destroyed because I'm not able to walk correctly with it.
