I admire you for walking outside in cold weather. I'll walk a bit, but only after it warms up. Cold wind on my left side turns it into stone.

ReplyDeleteI got a Fitbit for Christmas, and then I set really conservative, gradually incrementing goals (yes, I was listening, Jenn) Starting w goal of 1k per day for January, 2k/day February, etc, with the goal of hitting 10k/day by December. January is going just fine, with a few days over 2k, even though it was overkill.
