The subject of an email I sent to Matt Lopez, president of the National Stroke Association. He didn't respond to the direct question but I did get a non-committal reply. For your edification you can email him at mlopez@stroke.org - The standard way email seems to be formatted at the NSA is first initial last name@stroke.org in case you want to send emails to any of the staff there. I haven't figured out yet how to contact the board of directors. Sending email to info@stroke.org never got a response.
If he truly was a visionary he already would have contacted dozens of survivors for their input.
