I have not heard if myelin repair is something we need post-stroke. Ask your doctor three questions;
1. Has demyelination occurred in your white matter?
2. How much damage is there?
3. What therapy protocols will fix that? And is this a possible solution?

“This is the first clinical trial to
provide evidence of biological repair in the central nervous system by
facilitating remyelination following an acute inflammatory injury,”
Alfred Sandrock, Biogen chief medical officer said in a statement.
Remyelination is the regeneration of the insulating myelin sheath of a nerve.
