This is absolutely appalling. There is nothing here on results required; no 30 day deaths, no tPA efficacy rates, no full recovery percentages.

You want better stroke rehab and results? YOU are going to have to call the hospital president and tell them that this is totally unacceptable. People that put this kind of crap together would be fired on my watch.
