I blog on anything to do with stroke. DO NOT DO ANYTHING SUGGESTED HERE AS I AM NOT MEDICALLY TRAINED, YOUR DOCTOR IS, LISTEN TO THEM. BUT I BET THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET YOU 100% RECOVERED. I DON'T EITHER BUT HAVE PLENTY OF QUESTIONS FOR YOUR DOCTOR TO ANSWER.

Identified as a strokie at Wendys
I usually have a bite to eat at Wendys prior to heading to the Wines of
Italy class on Monday nights. This time the clerk started talking about
his hand flopping around and the therapist helping him get it back. I
had never been identified by anyone else as a stroke survivor and talked to me about it. Probably
because my arm and hand have the classic bent spasticity look. He
offered to bring the tray of food out to me. He was maybe 25 and had no
visible signs anymore.
