Mustard greens, spinach, kale and collards. I bet your doctor and hospital will not do anything with this to create a stroke diet protocol for the meals you eat in the hospital.

Unfortunately vitamin K makes the blood clot. Clots are the most common cause of strokes. Some things are not fair.
