The Alberta Provincial Stroke Strategy: Improving Stroke Care Across Alberta

This is useful but still has the wrong focus, It should be Improving Stroke CareRESULTS Across Alberta. And yet we allow our medical professionals to divert our attention from their poor results to meaningless platitudes.
Some examples from the report;

Improving access to best care - Access to thrombolysis for stroke patients
Access to best inpatient care for stroke
Access to preventative services
 This is like saying you are a stroke center and have access to tPA but only are able to deliver that tPA to 10% of those that should get it. That is failure by any definition.
I don't give a shit about access, I want to know what the results were.
