Why can't this precision medicine program be repurposed for stroke? We keep hearing from our stroke medical professionals that 'All strokes are different, all stroke recoveries are different'. If so then let the damned supercomputer solve the problem because our doctors are completely failing at helping us get 100% recovered.
I'd be willing to bet that not a single stroke hospital in the world will contact IBM for such a program. We have stroke leaders that refuse to lead even when the way forward is so f*cking obvious.
