Too much, too little sleep may up stroke risk for those with high blood pressure

So someone finally dug a little further into the research and teased  out why long and short sleepers had a higher stroke risk.  With a proper strategy and oversight this would have been found when the original research was done. Our stroke associations are failing at oversight of research, probably because they aren't doing it at all. I don't see any analysis of research at all.  That leaves our researchers flailing away in the dark.
But what about the benefits of high blood pressure? This research is still incomplete because it doesn't give a full picture.
Benefits here:
After stroke, compared with Systolic Blood Pressure in the high range, low to normal SBP is associated with poorer mortality outcomes.
