Your doctor is going to have to go back to the researchers of this paper so they will know which specific dementia prevention protocol needs to be applied. You DO expect your doctor to know all this?  DON'T YOU?
Damn. your doctor is going to have to find the Australian researchers who found a 33% chance of dementia post-stroke. My link is broken and the wayback machine doesn't have it. But then if your doctor was any good at all they would have this knowledge already.
