Dieticians say we get more nutrients from some veggies if we cook them

Has your doctor  talked to the hospital nutritionist for anything to do with stroke prevention? Like lycopene? Or is this another complete failure of the stroke department? Call the hospital president every time you see one of these failures. You probably should have called that president at least 7000 times by now.
