Could a vitamin or mineral deficiency be behind your fatigue?

I have no clue and I'm sure your doctor doesn't either. But do you really think the Harvard Medical School knows how to counter stroke fatigue? Have your doctor buy this and write up a stroke protocol on fatigue.

  1. My mom did a Google search for this book and found this......Go here for the book.....

    fitnut.co.uk/ebooks/Energy.pdf

Someone paid the 30 bucks for the book and made it into a PDF and posted it online. It's full of the same generic shit that we've heard for years and has absolutely NO information that can't be found elsewhere for free all over the internet, Vit B-12, exercise, magnesium, CoQ10. Bullshit. Reduce stress, yeah ok.

    Thanks, Harvard.

    1. Oh no, Am I going to have to clean up my language? Moms usually do not like swearing, especially around daughters.

  2. Ha! Good god no. My mother is quite used to profanity coming from my brain. I mean she reads my blog.
