Why won’t the University of Maryland talk about the chocolate milk/concussion study it was so eager to promote?

This is why we need our stroke associations to analyze and vet all research related to the brain. But we have craptastic stroke associations doing nothing in this regard so survivors are probably jumping the gun and drinking chocolate milk because if it helps concussions there is a miniscule chance it might help stroke survivors. And hot chocolate has proven benefits. What's the downside? 10 teaspoons of sugar per serving.
