Have we just discovered how to upload knowledge to our brains?

I'm sure our stroke leaders will do absolutely nothing from this research. With some additional research we should be able to figure out a way to help survivors. But no, our leaders only think of small ideas not any BHAGs(Big Hairy Audacious Goals). And this is why we  need to fire all of them if we want our children and grandchildren to have better results after their strokes. You can be a part of the problem like these stroke non-leaders or a part of the solution.
