If the definition of medical error is broad, meaning systemic errors,
then it could easily cover every single 30day stroke death. Mainly
because the neuronal cascade of death has been known since the 2009
Rockefeller University Newswire report. The 5 known causes of that
cascade are out there ready to be solved. Dr. Michael Tymianski of the

in Canada talks about
1000+ failed neuroprotective research trials. Yes, that will be
difficult to solve but leaders step up to such challenges and don't make
excuses.
