What a fucking pile of garbage from the NSA. The ONLY awareness that should be shouted from the rooftops is that everything in stroke is a fucking failure. This is done for the same reason that hospitals stress their stroke 'care', not results. It looks like you are doing something but not really. Just conscience laundering.
