Is stroke too difficult for us to solve?

Obviously our fucking failures of stroke associations think so, their highest priority is press releases.
But with thousands upon thousands of research articles out there just needing someone with brains to put together a strategy, stroke could be relatively easily solved. At least I would try, compared to our failures out there for the past decades. Contact me you boards of directors. The solutions are out there, contrary to whatever advice you are listening to.
