Another disease is being helped by IBMs' Dr. Watson. When the hell will stroke leaders acknowledge that they know fucking nothing about stroke rehab and recovery and let an expert in to solve those problems? 10% full recovery is disastrous failure in any endeavor. Never I bet until our fucking failures of stroke associations are destroyed and rebuilt to help survivors.
